Toy Story Buzz Lighyear Birthday Party
To infinity and beyond! Dina D’s son loves Toy Story so she decided to do Azka’s second birthday party in the theme of his favorite character, Buzz Lightyear. As a perfectionist who loves to plans parties, Dina left no detail left for galactic discovery in planning this sensational party at Azka’s grandma’s house.
Invitations to the party started the day off right: “Calling all Space Rangers! This is Star Command. Mission: Join Team Lighyear for Azka’s 2nd Birthday. Star Date: Saturday RSVP to Star Command: 123-456-7890. The invitations were addressed with space names like Space Ranger Mikey and his Commanders, Uncle Skywalker.”
With Buzz Lightyear being the standout character of the day, Dina used his color cues of lime green and blue. She placed these colors around the house in the form of table cloths, balloon groupings and crepe paper streamers. She gathered many Toy Story themed toys and books and staged them throughout the party area, and even the guest bathroom. Guests were greeted with a sign at the door that read “Welcome to Star Command!” Then Dina set up a huge spread with a directional sign saying “Buzz’s Birthday Buffet.”
