Abstinence Earns Praise at Teen Pregnancy Event Promoting ‘Comprehensive’ Sex Education

How do you talk to teenagers about abstinence? That was the big question at the National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy’s conference held at the National Press Club. Panelists and participants agreed that ‘comprehensive’ sex education for teens that includes access to contraception and abortion is needed to reverse a recent up-tick in teenage pregnancies.
