Michael Jackson is ready to make a splash in England and perhaps adopt a baby? While staying in Britain for his sell-out concerts this summer, Michael Jackson making plans to adopt a child, reports say. He’s already plays dad to three kids, Prince Michael I and Paris, from his marriage to Deborah Rowe, and Prince Michael II, aka Blanket. Jackson, who already has three children, has told his associates to make contact with a British adoption agency with links throughout the world.

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden, parents of the adorable Harlow Madden, hosted a benefit for UNICEF’s Tap Project, which helps provide clean and accessible water to children around the world. The event was hosted by the couple’s own Richie-Madden Children’s Foundation on March 24 at Hollywood hotspot MyHouse. Celebrities in attendance at the event, which was held at MyHouse in LA, included fashionista Rachel Zoe, Lauren Conrad, Matt Dallas, and Joel’s bro and Good Charlotte bandmate Benji Madden.
