A First Time Mom’s Pink and Green DIY Baby Shower
Baby Lifestyles | Jul 09, 2012 | Comments 5

First time mommy Cassidy is starting a blog to document her entire experience with her pregnancy and journey into motherhood. For one of her first blog posts, she wanted to record her own baby shower.
This mommy-to-be hand made her own pink and green celebration. She chose Gerbera daisies to accent the room with their upbeat feel.
From the diaper cake, raffle bottle, tissue pom poms, the yarn ball chandeliers, the food, Cassidy wanted her daugher-to-be to have a fun-filled girly celebration.
This darling carriage cake was made by one of Cassidy’s friends at Sweet Creations by Sophie. Soon that will be Cassidy looking down at her baby girl!
Congratulations Cassidy! Thanks for sharing your baby girl’s day with us!

I love this theme. I like the idea of having colors being your theme instead of going crazy trying to figure something else out. This way you can use anything you want as long as the colors match. How creative of her to make everything and I am sure that gave the party a special touch just by her. Kudos.
That was a really neat looking baby shower. Lots of great ideas.
I love it!!! Everything was beautiful and delicious!!! Congratulation, Cassidy!
It was so much fun! My husband jokes that I need to start planning her 1st bay now! Lol. All the DIY info is on my blog at amommylifestyle.com if anyone wants to try.
Absolutely beautiful. Fresh & sweet <3
