Pinwheel and Rosette First Birthday Party for Princess Rowan
Baby Lifestyles | May 30, 2012 | Comments 0

Little princess Rowan celebrated her first birthday in April at her home on Long Island with a colorful pinwheel first birthday party. Mom Laura decorated her home with tissue paper rosettes and adorned everything at the party with beautiful patterned paper pinwheels and photographer Morgan Bayard caught all the spinning fun.
Rosettes held up the month-by-month banner of Rowan’s first months leading up to her birthday.
Laura added pretty pinwheels to all aspects of the party. Happy pink flowers looked beautiful in mason jars, but were dressed for the occasion with pinwheels belted to them.

An assortment of food was served at the birthday party with pinwheels dressing up the menu cards.

She even used lots of pin wheel accents and a cute flag banner for the cake.

How’s this for a royal touch! They even had a crown making station! Each guest put together a crown and then wore it for the party. Love the one that was made for the birthday girl!

What first birthday party is complete without a cake to smash and a face full of sugary fun!
