Maternity Photography Session on Location in Hemet California

Photographer Ashlee Bee was inspired by this Historic landmark tucked away in the heart of Hemet, California for this maternity shoot. “Most people use Hemet as a swear word, but I stumbled upon this little gem awhile ago.” Once used many years ago as a location shoot for the movie “Seabiscuit” (it’s claim to fame), now back to the daily grind of restoring it to it’s original beauty. Since she visited the farm many years ago, there was a transfer of ownership. It became a private property once again and people are no longer able to walk around it freely, due mostly to the fact that it is under intense restoration. When she and Tanya were discussing the story board of her Maternity session, Ashlee could not stop thinking about this location and how fitting it would be for her. “She has such an earthy beauty that the softness of her and the ruggedness of an old farm would compliment each other. And BOY WAS I RIGHT! This turned out to be one of my favorite shoots of all time! We had a blast around the farm and the light was AHHHHH-mazing!”
