We did a super hero themed room for our baby boy. We did a mural on one wall, it contained a city scape and 4 heroes ( superman, spiderman, batman, the flash) inside the city or flying. The rest of the room contains sound effects like bam, kapow, snikt on different walls. And then the Green Lantern symbol with their motto written over it. The whole room is bright blue with other bright colors around thes ound effects.

My husband would love this. One day when we have a little boy I’ll have to get him involved on this project. He will only want Marvel super heros though. Spiderman is his all time favorite. Our boys will have super hero themed rooms until they are old enough to choose what they want but this will save time and money from switching styles.

This is awesome! My only critic is that it would have been nice if you had stuck to one franchise instead of combining DC and Marvel. I do plan (if it’s ever my time to have a child) to do the room, whether boy or girl, in the superhero theme. Boys for a boy, girls for the girl. I really hope my time comes soon! Thanks for sharing your ideas!
