Real Room: Stripes Give a Simplistic Nursery Look
Baby Lifestyles | Jun 20, 2011 | Comments 2

This nursery space started off with just the green striped wall. Once Jess had her little boy, Jonty, she introduced the blue and the red colors into the room for a more masculine feel.

In her nesting state, Jess created the monky canvas and had the coat hanger custom made. (search Lilafrances on Etsy to get yours!)

Here you can see the often used in nurseries Ikea expedit bookcase and poang chair. Often used for a reason! They are both so reasonably priced. The chair is perfect for feeding while the bookcase has so many uses! This one, as you can
see, is also doubling as the change table. Jess custom made the cover for the headrest and then added a matching cushion to finish the seat off. Nothing like customizing Ikea!
