Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen Finally Name Their Baby Boy, Benjamin

Back on Tuesday December 8 Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bundchen welcomed their first son, a beautiful baby boy without a name. For 11 days their son remained nameless, but over the weekend one was finally chosen. The couple have named their little boy, Benjamin Brady, and Gisele she could not be happier.
“I am living a very special moment in my life, Benjamin is a blessing and I could not be happier. I would also like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and 2010 with lots of light! Kisses, Gisele,’’ she wrote on her web site. As for Brady, he and his Patriots are in a heated flurrish to the finnish in an attempt to make the NFL’s post season.
Proud papa had said of the naming only a week ago: “We thought we had a name picked out for about six months and then about two days before he was born she said, ‘I don’t like that name anymore’.”
Baby Benjamin has yet to make his public debut, but if Mom and Dad want to sell the first baby pics to the celebrity rags, Brady Junior could pull down his first six-figure paycheck! Looks like he’ll catch up to his famous parents’ income in no time
“I wouldn’t be surprised if the bidding started in the $200,000 to $300,000 range,” said an editor at one of the big weeklies. “There was a lot of interest in pictures of Gisele pregnant and even of Tom alone. So everyone would be interested in the baby pictures. But they don’t seem like the type to sell the photos anyway.”
Rumor is that there will be no big production of Baby Bundchen-Brady’s debut as Tom was rather annoyed when Bridget Moynahan posed for pics for OK! magazine with then-newborn son, John. Moynahan was paid $125,000 for the photo shoot, which she donated to two children’s charities, Friedreich’s Ataxia Research Alliance and the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation.
Brady Baby wouldn’t bring in as big of a payday as say Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s children. People and OK! magazines jointly paid a whopping $14 million for exclusive pictures of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon in August of 2008. U.S. rights to the first pics of their big sis, Shiloh, sold for $4 million in 2006.
