Britney Spears Sings About Her Sons Sean Preston and Jayden James on Her Circus Album

If you’re a Britney Spears fan you’ve waited for years for her to ‘comeback’ from her paparazzi captured funk. A year ago, she attempted to put the spotlight back on her with her performance at the MTV Video Music Awards, but her half-hearted show left much to be desired. But she’s back in full force now with her new album Circus which hit store shelves last Tuesday.

Spears has never been much of a songwriter. But if you have been waiting to hear her sing her thoughts about her two children, sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, then you don’t have to wait any longer. She strikes personal and emotional chords on the slower tracks of the album. The most intimate track is the ballad “My Baby” which she co-wrote. On it she sings to her “precious love.” It’s an ode to one of her sons, with the lyrics the, “How did I get through all of my days without you?” After all her recent drama, Spears deserves something less of a circus act in her life.
